- Do not post private contact information, gate access details, addresses, or sensitive personal information without permission.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, or use abusive language.
- Do not create duplicate accounts, fake reviews, fake recommendations, or coordinated rating campaigns.
- Providers must represent their services honestly and keep contact details current.
- Use the complaint process for unresolved safety, payment, quality, or conduct concerns.
