By accessing or using I Got A Guy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

I Got A Guy is a community-driven marketplace connecting residents with local service providers. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreement between residents and providers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

Service providers listed on the platform are independent contractors. I Got A Guy does not employ, supervise, or control any service provider.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered. Residents are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any service provider.

By submitting reviews, posts, or other content, you grant I Got A Guy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you submit. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate.

• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews
• Impersonating another person or entity
• Using the platform for spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Got A Guy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services obtained through it.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
