Review Policy

Reviews should help neighbours make better hiring decisions. We label review credibility and moderate content that undermines trust.

Review standards

Only logged-in users may leave reviews.
Reviews must describe a real interaction, quote, job, or recommendation involving the listed provider.
Verified job reviews are reviews that can be matched to a completed job or platform enquiry.
Unverified recommendations are visible community recommendations that have not been independently matched to a completed job.
Providers may reply to reviews, but may not review themselves or pressure users to change reviews.
Users can flag suspected fake, abusive, conflicted, or misplaced reviews for moderation.

Removal and moderation

We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive, defamatory, irrelevant, copied from another site without context, posted by the provider, or used to manipulate ratings.
