- Content: reviews, posts, help requests, and enquiries you submit
We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited and contact interactions for analytics purposes.

- To provide and improve the platform
- To connect residents with service providers
- To send enquiries to the relevant provider
- To display reviews and community content
- To communicate important updates about your account
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Your contact details submitted in an enquiry are shared only with the specific service provider you contacted.
Public content such as reviews and provider profiles are visible to all visitors.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed password storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The platform is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
