I Got A Guy facilitates connections between residents and independent providers. This process explains how complaints are handled on the platform.

1. Raise it directly
Where safe and reasonable, contact the provider first and keep written records of quotes, messages, invoices, and photos.
2. Submit a complaint
Email the platform with the provider name, dates, summary, screenshots, and the outcome you are requesting.
3. Platform review
We may ask both sides for information, flag the profile, remove reviews, suspend a listing, or update verification status.
4. Escalate if needed
For urgent safety, fraud, legal, or criminal matters, contact the appropriate authority. The platform cannot act as a court or regulator.
